At Mishwara, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. Please note that the scarves are created through a handmade process so color, size and design are subject to slight variation. Each scarf is handcrafted and unique. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase to avoid any inconvenience. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds unless the incorrect item has been sent. Mishwara is not liable for any stolen packages.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges if the product you received is incorrect or defective. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your selections before placing your order, as we cannot accommodate exchanges for any other reasons.

Refund Requests

If you receive an incorrect order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To initiate a refund, please contact us at mishwara.scarves@gmail.com within this timeframe.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Shipping Costs

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. You will be responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for high-value returns to protect against lost packages. Mishwara is not liable for any lost return packages.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon recieving it and contact us immediately with photos at mishwara.scarves@gmail.com. We’re here to help and will address the issue as soon as we can.
